What we keep, and why
Stash Minder is a small test run by Markey and Dominic. This page says, in plain words, what we keep about you and what we do with it. Last updated 12 October 2026.
When you ask to join
The form keeps your name, your email address, which describes you, and, if you fill them in, your local needlepoint shop and how you heard about us. We use these to decide who to invite next and to email you about the test. We also keep a scrambled code made from your network address, only to stop the form being flooded; it cannot be turned back into the address.
When you use the app
The app keeps what you put in it: your threads, canvases, projects, photos, lists and notes, and the feedback you send. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, so we keep your email address too. If usage notes are turned on in your settings, the app notes which screens you open and what you add or change, never what you type. You can turn that off at any time.
We email you from hello@stash-minder.com about your request and about the test: invites, sign-in help and what is new. Reply any time, or ask us to stop.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except where you choose to share something in the app (a wish list link, a shared project, your profile for friends). We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising trackers. Our site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
Everything is stored with Cloudflare, which runs the site, the app and our email for us.
Asking us to change or delete it
Write to hello@stash-minder.com and we will send you what we have, correct it, or delete it, including your request, your account and everything in your stash. In the app you can also download a full backup of your stash at any time.
